Trastad Gard is a former institution for people with disabilities in northern norway. it became known  as a pioneer of free artistic expression. The institution closed in the 1990S. Ever since, several of the pavilions lay vacant. This project encourages Trastad to resist becoming a museum - and instead staying an urban and institutional outsider. An activist.
